This hotkey has been designed to automatically complete new "No Action Required" actions in Mail Manager.
Please Note: This only completes new actions,
NOT past actions that have not been completed
before the hotkey was set up.
It may also be toggled on or off either by using the right mouse click
on the hotkey or use the right Ctrl key and F11 (RCtrl+F11).
How does it work?
It works when a clinician selects an Action for a message from the Action list; if the Add Action screen has the word "No Action" anywhere in the screen it will automatically change the Action Status to *Complete, with no intervention needed by the user. The user may change the status to anything else for that single message if they so wish, as it only makes a single change per new action.
However it will only work if two elements are set up:
Tip: To make it quicker and easier, make sure you have assigned all Actions to a User or Group in Mail Maintenance
Update: 19 August 2009
This hotkey has been designed to automatically expand the patient record view (F10) when opening each patient record to see the maximum screen area. It may also be toggled on/off using RCtrl+F10 or right mouse click on the hotkey icon.
However the view name must contain the word "Max" anywhere in the view description for it to work.
When the hotkey is active it will automatically show the patient record in full screen mode, for every patient selected. The user may change the screen back anytime by clicking F10 on the keyboard as normal, as it only makes a single change per active patient record. The script basically reverses the Vision F10 function.
