Obtaining a Refund for Your purchase For purchases placed directly at TailorMade IT Solutions (via online download or on CD), you must adhere to the following guidelines and initiate the refund request within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with our policy below. TailorMade IT Solutions will also provide a refund outside the 14 day period where it is required by law to do so. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to TailorMade IT Solutions within 14 days of the date TailorMade IT Solutions first made the software available to you for download (the "Purchase Date"). TailorMade IT Solutions will also provide you with a refund where it is required to do so by law. TailorMade IT Solutions is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. If a CD version of the software was purchased, the CD must be returned to TailorMade IT Solutions in its original resalable condition, including any packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. CDs that are not returned in original condition will be charged a restocking fee. You must provide us with sufficient information to be able to identify your transaction, such as the TailorMade IT Solutions order number and/or invoice number and/or date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. TailorMade IT Solutions will only refund the amount you paid for the software plus any appropriate taxes charged with that order. TailorMade IT Solutions will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you in respect of your return of your CD to TailorMade IT Solutions. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. For example, if you purchased the product by check, TailorMade IT Solutions will send your refund by check, so please ensure we have your current mailing address. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you purchased by company purchase order, your account will be credited. All refunds will be made within 10 working days of the receipt of a valid request when possible.
