IMPORTANT Information

Smart Flu Clinic uses coding that relies on the keyboard combinations, this is why it needs no installation. Therefore if you have any other program running that uses keyboard combinations such as Keyboard Express you may need to temporarily terminate it while using Smart Flu Clinic.

Download and Installation Instructions

To install Smart Flu Clinic please follow these instructions:

1. After purchasing the correct number of licences an email will be forwarded with a download link.
2. Open the email and click the download link to start the download process
3. When the File Download dialog box appears click the “Save” button.
4. When the Save As dialog box appears choose a folder location and save the file to a known location on your computer, for example, to your Desktop or global drive. (a shared drive location may be preferable depending on the amount of licenses purchased.)
5. Wait for the file to complete the download.
6. Now just double-click on the saved file icon to start using Smart Flu Clinic.
7. View the Help documentation for further instructions on using Smart Flu Clinic.

Important Note:
If you are on a hosted solution, please make sure you run the program on the hosted environment. The easiest way to achieve this is to access your email from within the hosted area and save the file to either your G: or O: or P: drive. If you cannot see these drive letters you are not within the hosted environment.
