This simple to use software program has been developed to assist ALL Vision practices in quickly adding specific immunisations during the busy flu period, using a single hotkey toolbar (or shortcut keys) located on the right side of each patient record.

It's so quick and easy to enter each immunisation many practices use it while running the flu clinic, as they call up each patient from the appointment list and can then see the complete patient record before providing the jab, such as any allergies or contraindications, etc... this also then provides self assurance that the data has been recorded successfully. 

The hotkey toolbar may also be minimised and opened as and when required.

However, it can just as easily be used to enter all the immunisation data in the past.

Smart Flu Clinic is a stand-alone windows program that needs no installation
and works across all sites LAN or Hosted.

There is nothing to load, it works as soon as you double click the program icon.

You decide how much data you want added to a patient record by setting up your preferences:

Download and Installation Instructions

Please note you only need to download each version once, thereafter you just create a shortcut from the program Add menu.

1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CONSULTATION MANAGER OPEN BEFORE DOWNLOADING!
2. Click the button above to start the download.
3. You will be asked to provide access credentials that you received in your email instructions to get to this web page.
4. Once the username and password has been verified
5. The File Download dialog box appears; click the “RUN” button.

6. Wait for the file to complete the download.

7. Click Run (and if an Internet Explorer - Security Warning should appear; please click Run again) to start the file extraction process or Close to do this at a later time from your chosen folder location
8. A confirmation screen will appear asking if you wish to continue to extract Smart Flu Clinic

7. You may change the default location by clicking the Browse button or just except the default and press the UNZIP button

8. Click OK when the files have been extracted.

9. Provided that you have Consultation Manager open Smart Flu Clinic will open.
10. It will check your Consultation settings briefly and then display a message about entering the batch numbers and checking all the other tabs to make sure everything is set up correctly for your practice.
11. You may change these settings at anytime using the File menu on the Smart Flu Clinic toolbar or press Ctrl+f1 keyboard combination.

12. Click the File menu and Setup Screen to enter all your default details.

13. View the online user guide for further instructions on using Smart Flu Clinic which is also located in the Help menu on the Smart Flu Clinic toolbar.

14. Click the Add menu on the toolbar to create a shortcut icon on your desktop.

Important Note:
If you are on a hosted solution, please make sure you run the program on the hosted environment. The easiest way to achieve this is to download this program from within the hosted area and save the file to either your G: or O: or P: drive. If you cannot see these drive letters you are not within the hosted environment.
