OverviewThis application has been designed to only work with Vision 3 from INPS Vision must be open and a patient consultation started before activating Smart Q&A Smart Q&A has been written so that each practice may build and design there own questions, answers, titles and Read codes. A link to the application may also be created within the Vision local guideline index for easy activation. Practices' may create as many templates as they wish, and as soon as Smart Q&A is opened it displays all the created templates in a list view. (as shown below)
Users may scroll through the list of templates, figures in the far right column show the number of questions within each template. Templates are listed alphabetically, users may use the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll the list or use the mouse. To select a template either double-click or press the select button to open a specific template of questions. Example shown below:
To record an answer press either Yes or No, this will record the answer (using a designated Read code setup within the template) back to the patient record. If any free text has been entered this will also be written into the history entity within the patient record.
All Yes / No answers will always be included in the free text by default. The Skip button will not record any data to the patient record; it just allows the user to move onto the next question. Once either Yes/No or Skip has been clicked Smart Q & A will automatically move to the next question. Users may also use keyboard shortcut keys Y , N or S instead of the mouse.
