Add a link to Smart Clinic inside Vision Con Mgr

This will allow all users to easily open Smart Clinic from within the Local Guideline Index of Consultation Manager

1. Open Consultation Manager and press F12 to open the Local Guideline Index
2. Click the Maintain button
3. Click the Application button shown on the floating toolbar
4. Click the Browse button
5. Navigate to the Smart Imm Clinic folder within O:\Download and select the file called: SmartClinic.exe
6. Enter a description for the link to Smart Clinic v5 and click OK
7. Click the Maintain button to save changes

Update old v4 Smart Imm Clinic link to Smart Clinic v5 in Con Mgr

1. Open Consultation Manager and press F12 to open the Local Guideline Index
2. Click the Maintain button
3. Double-click the original Smart Imm Clinic link in the Local Guideline Index (or right mouse click on the link and select Edit)
4. Click the Browse button
5. Navigate to the Smart Imm Clinic folder within O:\Download and select the file called: SmartClinic.exe
6. Enter a description for the link to Smart Clinic v5 and click OK
7. Click the Maintain button to save changes
